// WHAT WE STORE

When you request access we store your email address, the date, the signup source tag, and (when Cloudflare provides it) your country code — in our own database on Cloudflare D1. If you answer the two optional questions on the form, we store those answers too: how you read the news now, and what you're after. If we later invite you, we store the date we did. That's the whole record — your IP address is never stored, and there is no password to store: signing in emails you a fresh one-time code each time.

// WHAT WE SEND

Your invitation, when a seat opens — and occasionally a short note about what's changed. Every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe, and unsubscribing deletes you from the list. Separately, when you sign in, Cloudflare emails you a one-time code; that one is sent only because you asked for it.

Sell, rent, or share your address. Run third-party marketing scripts on this page. Track you beyond Cloudflare's cookie-less, aggregate analytics and the Turnstile bot check that protects the form.
